Master List of Features and Criteria

Master list for our Features and Criteria for our client when integrating new software.


  • Ease of Use for client, able to understand the software being used.
  • Strong technical supported allowed in case a problem arises.
  • Third party integration from our team allows client to be able to learn of the integration.
  • Upgrade cycle is important as the software will need updates for their software when updates come out in order to use the software properly.
  • Cost the system upgrade needs to be minimal as the client is not very technical savvy and needs a free software to be able to reach out to his customers.
When we spoke with Don, our client of Barrio Bread, he expressed excitement when we proposed him the first candidate option and of course did not like the second candidate as this candidate would cause him problems and ache in the future.

We will meet with him more often in the weeks to come in order to integrate this software and sit down with him to explain to him how it works, and what he needs to do incase an update comes out or something goes wrong with the programs.
